I had this for breakfast low carb tortilla with a slice of munster cheese, 2 egg beaters, 1 turkey bacon and some avocado yum!
Oh lunch time this is my first attempt at dumping vegtables in the oven. Here is some brussel sprouts, red pepper and blue potato! I never had blue ones before this is my first time and no it is not okinawan sweet potato. I mixed this with olive oil lots of red pepper flakes and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 400″c!

i loooooove kettle chips!! your burrito looked great!! another ideas for an awesome breakfast sammich I used to eat before going vegan>>sprouted grain bread – 2 slices>2 fried eggs – I prefer them runny>tomato slices>lettuce slices>bacon slices>avocado slices>>pile all on to the bread – cut in half – mmmmm kicked up blt!!!
